According to this map, we have Mapuches living in our midst here in Necochea. In all honesty though, I've never seen anyone of indigenous ancestry here in these parts. Here's a map that I found through Wikipedia that shows a much smaller territory. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Mapuche_map.jpg
